Commissioned by Creative Edinburgh as part of their 2020 awards event. The Creative Edinburgh Awards highlight the projects, people and places that flourish across the city. 

Each year Creative Edinburgh works with nine different artists for creating the artwork for each of the awards categories. For the 2020 Awards, I was one of the artists to be part of the scheme, and my assigned category was ‘Leadership’.

The representation hints at the idea of leadership as a process which community and the people contribute to. It is (or it should be) about listening and making space for everyone at the decision-making table and the conversations had around it.
